DemoQuoter is designed to speed up the route from a customer part to a reviewable quote draft.

Several work steps become one workflow

A typical process opens a CAD/STEP tool for geometry properties, an Excel file for calculation, and then a Word quote template. DemoQuoter shows how those steps can be connected in one focused workspace.

The final product is jointly developed with each manufacturer

The demo is not an off-the-shelf product for immediate use. The final product is developed with each manufacturer so its calculation logic, internal assumptions, and approval steps match the actual quote process.

• Your own quote templates and corporate design instead of a demo template.
• Deployment in the manufacturer's infrastructure; design and quote data remain in that environment.
• Role management and ERP integrations can be added on request.

Data processing in this demo

Uploads and hosting

STEP files are processed only for the requested analysis in the temporary file system of the configured deployment environment and are deleted immediately after processing finishes. Technical server logs are retained for no more than 30 days. The demo creates no application backups of uploads, usage analytics, or user profiles.

Optional email delivery

Only when you expressly request email delivery are your email address and the necessary quote data sent to the recipient through the email service configured for this deployment.

No analytics providers

The demo uses no advertising, tracking, or public AI provider for STEP uploads. Infrastructure and email providers may process data in the countries where they operate; safeguards required for international transfers must be applied.

Privacy information

The controller is Treviora Technologies, represented by Saidani Ahmed. Personal data are processed to provide and secure the demo and to carry out communication you request. Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on Art. 6(1)(f) and, for requested pre-contractual communication, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for the controller's place of business.

Applicable law and international users

Treviora Technologies is established and registered in Tunisia and operates under Tunisian law. Users in the European Economic Area additionally retain the mandatory privacy and consumer rights of their location where applicable.
